We will not publish, resell, or disclose your idea without your permission.

All ViableKit materials, templates, and generated content remain our intellectual property.

3. Feedback and Testimonials

If you provide feedback or testimonials, you grant us permission to use your first name and feedback content publicly. We will not use your full name or share your idea details without consent.

4. Use of Third-Party Tools

We rely on trusted third-party tools and services — including but not limited to form tools, AI tools, analytics platforms, communication tools, and hosting providers — to operate and improve ViableKit. These tools may process limited personal or usage data to enable service delivery, insights generation, or analytics. Each third-party provider is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with industry standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

ViableKit is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or results of any insights or materials provided. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid for the service.

You must be 18 years or older to use ViableKit. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, India.
