ViableKit is owned and operated by an individual based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (“Owner”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or accessing a Kit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

ViableKit provides structured digital toolkits designed to help founders analyze, validate, and refine startup ideas using publicly available information, AI-assisted insights, and structured frameworks. The Service is informational and decision-support in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, or professional advisory services.

2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 Pay-Per-Kit Model:

Each Kit requires a separate payment. Purchasing one Kit does not entitle you to future Kits. Prices may change at any time without notice.

2.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store full payment card information.

2.3 No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of the Service: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a Kit has been generated and access granted. Exceptions apply only where required by law.

3. Access Duration (Perpetual but Revocable)

Access to a purchased Kit is granted on a **perpetual but revocable basis**. This means: There is no fixed expiry date. Access may continue indefinitely. However, ViableKit reserves the right to revoke, suspend, modify, or discontinue access at any time. Reasons may include: Business discontinuation, Infrastructure changes, Policy violations, Technical limitations or Product restructuring. We are not obligated to host or maintain Kits permanently. Users are responsible for downloading or saving any materials they wish to retain.

4. No Guarantee of Results

ViableKit does not guarantee that you will find users, users will convert, you will generate revenue. validation will succeed, you will raise funding or your startup will succeed. Startup outcomes depend on numerous external variables beyond our control. You acknowledge that business success is uncertain and involves risk.

5. No Obligation to Rebuild or Regenerate Kits

Once a Kit has been generated and delivered: We are not obligated to rebuild, regenerate, modify, or recreate it. Changes in your idea, strategy, or market do not entitle you to a new Kit. A new purchase is required for a new Kit.

6. External Sources & Third-Party Content

Kits may rely on: Public forums (including Reddit), Public websites, Online discussions, Third-party platforms, AI-processed summaries. We do not control third-party platforms. We are not responsible if: a source link is deleted, a post is edited or removed, content becomes unavailable, external data changes after Kit generation.

7. Reddit Timestamp & Relative Date Disclaimer

Some insights may be derived from Reddit posts or other public forums where timestamps are displayed in relative format (e.g., “1 year ago”, “last year”). You acknowledge and agree: Relative timestamps are interpreted based on how they are displayed at the time of research. Exact publication dates may not always be visible. 11. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
